Winter Dining Dome

Yes. The White Hawk Country Club Winter Dining Domes are by reservation only. Reservations are pre-booked and reserve the dome for 2 hours. Reservations are limited to a strict 2-hour time limit.

The rental fee for the 2-hour reservation is $100.00. White Hawk Country Club Winter Dining Dome reservation rental fees are non-refundable. This rental fee is for the Dining Dome and does include a drink option when booking.

No. If your party arrives late for a reservation, we unfortunately cannot extend the length of your rental due to other reservation times.

No. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in the Winter Dining Dome. Any guest found smoking or vaping will be asked to leave immediately along with their entire party, with no refund. Open flames of any kind are not allowed.

In the case of extreme weather, White Hawk Country Club may need to adjust or cancel your reservation. You will be notified via phone and email about rescheduling options or the option of refund. White Hawk Country Club reserves the right to determine and refund cancellations at any time in the event of emergent weather conditions.

The Dining Domes are cleaned and inspected after each reservation. Reservations that are found to have caused damage and/or theft of items, a minimum fee of $250.00 will be charged. Replacement amounts will be charged, in addition, if not covered with this minimum $250.00 fee.

Yes. No Outside food and beverage is allowed to be brought onto the property. Items present, and not purchased through White Hawk Country Club, may result in the reservation being asked to leave with loss of rental fee.

There is a specialty menu available to order from that includes items from the River Rock Restaurant menu at White Hawk Country Club.

No. We can take multiple forms of payment for one bill but there is only allowed to be one bill for the reservation.

A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage sales for the reservation, at the end of the reservation.

Each Dining Dome is equipped with small heaters. However, we suggest that you bundle up and are welcome to bring a blanket.

The Dining Dome will seat a maximum of 6 people. Note: If you arrive with more than 6 people on the day of your reservation, we will not be able to seat your reservation and the reservation rental fee will be forfeited.

When you enter the Country Club, please speak to the front desk host/hostess.

Please arrive at the time of your booking. The Dining Domes will be available at the specified reservation time.

Please email us at info@whitehawkcountryclub.com to adjust your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations received via email (info@whitehawkcountryclub.com) at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation time will not be charged for the reservation fee. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours will be charged the reservation fee of $100.00.

It is possible to arrive on the day of and make a reservation for a pre-selected time. However, we cannot guarantee availability.

Restrooms are available inside White Hawk Country Club, a short walk from the Dining Domes.

Yes, music is available within the Winter Dining Domes.

The Dining Domes are decorated very similarly with small differences in each.
